Entrepreneur Fair - Thursday, December 14th

Come support our students while they host the first Young Entrepreneur Fair of the school year. The students will be selling in the gym at Adams Road Elementary from 9am - 1:30pm this Thursday (there will be a break at recess and lunch).

This is an exciting day for the children to show off their talents and it gives the other students and parents a chance to browse
and purchase some cute homemade items.

There will be three fairs happening this year that various grades will be participating in.

Staff Christmas Treats – Wednesday, December 20th

Our staff are such an amazing group of people and we would like to celebrate them during this busy holiday season. Let’s bring them something delicious that will remind them that we care! We are planning a Staff Appreciation Treat Day for these wonderful people on Wednesday, December 20. We ask that you bring your treats to the servery after drop off on the morning of the 20th ready to serve. Label your serving dishes for pick up the following afternoon at the same place. If you can contribute a treat please email the PAC at adamsroadpac@hotmail.com by December 17th. We are looking for 15-20 parents to bring treats to share with our teachers: cookies, squares, sweets, savories... and a maybe a healthy choice or two! This would be a great chance to share a special family Christmas recipe. Please remember that we have a number of staff and students with severe nut allergies, so please do not send anything with peanuts or tree-nuts, including Nutella.

Emergency Vehicles & School Zones

Emergency Vehicles & School Zones

If your child was in an emergency at school would you like the first responders to be able to act quickly? Just some friendly reminders:

Please do not park in the front of the school and leave your car as the emergency vehicles require that road entrance as an access point to get in and out quickly if needed.

Please also do not double park as it slows down the other vehicles from getting in and out of the road entrance and exits.

Please remember to also slow down in the school zones near Adams Road Elementary as there are close to 600 children attending this year.

Thank you for your attention to these safety procedures.
