Hot Lunch!

Our Hot Lunch Program is going GREEN again this year!

Instead of filling out paper order forms, parents will place their child’s lunch order online using the Munch A Lunch Websitewww.munchalunch.com.


Payment can be made on the website using credit card or Paypal.  


Cheques and cash can be sent to the school if you prefer.  The lunch program will be offered apx. twice a month and will include vendors such as California Sub, Unami Sushi, Extreme Pita, Little Caesars Pizza, Ming and Sing and many more.


HOW TO REGISTER:

First time users need to create an account - click the “Register” button


Follow the easy steps to “Create my Account” and proceed to “Order lunch!”


Returning users (after you have created an account) - click the “Login” button. Use the same password and email account as last year.


If your child is ill on a lunch date, their order will be left at the office until 1pm. We appreciate your support for our hot lunch program as the funds raised go towards PAC fundraising initiatives.


We are always in need of volunteers! There is a volunteer page in the online system where you can checkmark which dates you are available and we will contact you with a proposed schedule.


We will be doing three rounds of ordering for the school year.  


The first round of ordering will start Monday September 9 @ 9:00am and the orders will be accepted until Wednesday, September 18 @ 9:00am 


After this time no orders will be accepted for lunches from the Fall session for October to January. For example - If you do not want lunches for Oct but would for Dec and January you still have to order in September for the December/January dates.  


The second session for ordering will be Monday January 6 @ 9:00am to Wednesday January 15 @ 9:00am 

After this time no orders will be accepted for lunches from the Winter Session for February to April.  


The third session for ordering will be Tuesday April 1@ 9:00am to Wednesday April 9 @ 9:00am. 

After this time no orders will be accepted for lunches from the Spring Session for April and May.  


PLEASE NOTE:  NO LATE ORDERS OR PAYMENTS CAN BE ACCEPTED.  


NEW FEATURE THIS YEAR (designed by website:) - AUTO CANCEL OF UNPAID ORDERS WITHIN 72 HOURS:

if payment is not received within 72 hours of order being placed on the website - it will automatically be cancelled and no lunches will be received.


Please NOTE: If paying by cheque, please send IN AN ENVELOPE TO THE OFFICE - marked with your ORDER #, Child's Name and Division.  The Hot Lunch Committee will cheque the box every 2 days for payments.


PLEASE ENSURE YOU MAKE YOUR ORDERS AND PAYMENTS ON TIME!

October 18 - Taco Del Mar

Nov 1 - Opa

November 22 - California Sub/Sushi

December 13 - Flying Wedge Pizza

January 17 - Extreme Pita
